Last week I came a cross an amazing but sad piece piece by Ted Jackson on the underbelly of elite-sports no one wants to speak about. Very similar to medals being chased in elite sports, similar things are now happening in amateur runners. Aman Yadav has put something down that'll not make for comfortable reading. It might make you angry. You might get frustrated. That's ok. At least it might make you introspect.
Nuke-Lee-Us: Week 2
Now we are on to week 2 of Nuke-Lee-Us exercise program. We'll work with baby steps and not try to rush.

Over the weekend I met Mr. Raman Bajaj, CEO - Educomp Childcare Pvt Ltd. He made a very interesting remark on the importance of sports for a student while discussing education, sports and my passion for fitness.
Week 1 - Launching Nuke-Lee-Us
I have come up with a very simple exercise program that can be done by anyone, anywhere. It’ll take you less than 5 minutes to do it, but by the end of 2018, you would have become super fit, someone you’ll be proud to know.
