Air Pollution could be a blessing in disguise. Along with rights come duties. We runners are in the eye of the 'air-pollution' storm. Lets act more responsibly than we possibly have ever done. We would have changed the future for ourselves and our loved ones.

Proud Parent
People normally are proud of their kids once they get 99 % etc or get into some top University. Children are normally treated by parents like trophies. I’m proud of mine for being themselves even if it means going against what is thrown at them like Asthma, bullying etc. Viren (11yrs) came third in inter-school athletics Meet in 1,500 metres clocking in at 6min 11seconds. Harsheath (16yrs) just ran his third half marathon in approximately 2hrs 10min. A lot more than I had done by those ages.

The running season is on but air quality in Delhi NCR is being said to be 'very unhealthy' to exert outdoors. Should you be exercising and running out doors? What about all those masks people are running around in?
