e-Exercise sessions
There will be e-Exercise sessions with La Ultra - The High cum Back 2 Fitness team.
Morning sessions: 7:30 am to 8:30 am (Monday / Wednesday / Friday)
Evening sessions: 7:00 pm to 8 pm (Tuesday / Thursday / Friday)
