Most get overwhelmed by weights, but the weights don’t move till you move them. Also, they are a fraction of weight you expect your body to carry all over the place. This is far safer and will help the body to adapt better. Just keep it slow and steady.
Becoming More Running Aware
This Valentine week we start to transform to falling in love with ourselves all over again. While we are at it, we’ll move from floor exercises to weights. We’ll go slow. Butt we will go.
