Even though the plan has running and strength training, it’s not actually about running or strengthening. Of course, it’ll make you run like you only dreamt a long time ago but you didn’t because the world told you couldn’t, and it’ll also make you stronger than ever before. Far more importantly, it’ll make you a BETTER YOU.

We'll use Running and Strength Training as a vehicle to get you on your journey to become your best.

My submission is that this country of ours will automatically become a lot better if each of us BECOME A BETTER VERSION OF OURSELVES. And if we don’t make an attempt to change, we have no right to complain about anything. It starts with us, the basic unit of this society and this lovely country.

If you already have the intention to be more active and fitter, you need to revisit your ‘why’. Is it to satisfy your ‘real self’ or to actualise your ‘ideal self’?

Intention is a good starting point because without it you can’t get anywhere, but we need to figure out how to convert our intentions into actions.

It caters to those who have been wanting to turn their life around for good, but for one reason or another, either haven't been able to begin, or have kept falling off the wagon. And the nay-sayers all around haven’t helped much.

Who is it for?

Anyone and everyone. Age or your current status is by no means a limiting factor. If you have dreamt of moving better than you currently do, it is for you. If you don’t like where you are currently in life, it definitely is for you.

Because only when you move optimally at your personal level, can you possibly expect to bring along a movement in your life and your country for the better.
