Idea is to cater to all kinds of runners and guide them to get to the finish line with a smile on their face. 

I had written this plan last year, so ignore the dates for ADHM. Carry on with the plan. 

Week 2 plan. Suggest you incorporate week 1-2 till this Saturday so we can start with 3 from then on to get you to the finish in half marathons in Nov and beyond.
