4 hr full & 2 hr half marathon plan: week 21
This is week 21 of a 4hr full and 2hr half marathon plan. No, it's not supposed to be easy. I'll push you hard to get to your time but remember that you aren't a product of an assembly line and you aren't in a rat race. At the end of the day if you aren't smiling and miling at the same time, you are missing out on something big.
Week 1: Half & Full Marathon Training Program
Half marathon for beginners and those targeting sub 2hr for half in next 3 mo (and full in sub 4:10 in 5 mo). You do need to start now though.
