The 'thing' I love (the most) is my tiddly-piddly Volkswagen GT. It gives me immense pleasure. It's just my kind of car. Today is the day I give it away. Not sell. It's in top shape. I want to let go because I 'love' it too much. 

Earlier today, while I was talking to Matkaman aka Mr Alag Natarajan, I saw this amazing poem in his garden, On Children by Kahlil Gibran in his masterpiece of Novel called The Prophet (published 1923).

Today Knee Replacements are being done by surgeons as if Santa Claus is distributing candies during Christmas. You need to know some basics. I make an attempt here. 

In most cases, knee pain is attributed to osteoarthritis (wear and tear of the cartilage). That is an effect. Muscle imbalance, further leading to poor posture and poor gait is the cause. Unfortunately, most don't understand that we are more than just a skeleton. It's muscles, tendon and ligaments that not only keep the skeleton together, but moves it too.
